Responsibilities

• Administer home hemodialysis treatments following established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and assess patients' responses to treatments, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the home hemodialysis process, ensuring comprehensive understanding of treatments and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all procedures, medications, and interventions related to dialysis care.
• Adhere to stringent infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference for those with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience.
• At least 6 months of general dialysis experience is highly preferred.
