Purpose Of The Position
Assist supervisor in coordinating the daily workflow for each area within the warehouse ensuring spare parts orders are delivered accurately, timely and safely while identifying and solving problems to make the department more efficient.
Key Tasks
- Serve as a resource for Warehouse Support to ensure areas within the department and able to perform assigned duties, achieve daily targets and foster teamwork
- Utilize warehouse management systems (D365) and other tools to track and manage order progress.
- Build relationships with the team to maintain excellent customer service levels
- Conduct on the job training of team members through SOP’s, standard work and 5S
- Investigates and addresses process deviations and material discrepancies
- Works closely with the Industrial Engineering and Inventory Control departments regarding warehouse improvements, picking efficiency, staging and storing of material, app recommendations etc.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support.
- Adhere to all ISO and FDA procedures and standards
- Practice and ensure a safe working environment in accordance to PINC standards
- Fulfil operator duties for warehouse team when additional capacity is needed
- Support and drive continuous improvements
- Ability to communicate objectives and request effectively via email
- Coordinate the picking and packing of spare parts orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.

Your Background
- You have a High School Diploma or GED education level.
- Proven ability to effectively interact and communicate with people to foster a productive team
- Sets the standard and leads by example
- Excellent attendance
- Knowledge of D365 for training of new hires
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as constant professionalism
- Basic proficiency with computers (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with various Industrial Equipment a plus
- Other qualifications or experiences.
