Key Tasks
Company Policy And Guidance
Responsible for developing and maintaining global policies and guidelines for indirect sourcing to ensure consistent, compliant, and ethical procurement practices. This includes setting standards and approval processes aligned with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management and sustainability into sourcing. Also set standards, training and communication efforts to ensure adherence and promote transparency across the company and all stakeholders.
Category Management
Develop and execute the global indirect sourcing strategy across key categories including IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, HR, and Travel. This involves leading comprehensive strategic sourcing initiatives aimed at delivering cost savings, enhancing supplier value, and mitigating supply and contractual risks. The role requires aligning category strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans, while continuously monitoring market trends, supplier performance, and emerging opportunities to ensure sourcing strategies remain competitive, innovative, and supportive of long-term value creation.
Supplier & Contract Management
Responsible for negotiating and managing strategic supplier relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services. This includes maintaining compliance with internal policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also focuses on promoting supplier innovation, encouraging diversity within the supply base, and driving continuous improvement in supplier performance and collaboration.
Logistics Sourcing & Transportation Optimization
Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for global logistics and transportation, covering both inbound and outbound flows. This includes optimizing freight movement across all modes—air, ocean, road, and rail—to ensure operations are cost-effective, efficient, and resilient to disruptions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement transportation network strategies that improve service levels, reduce total landed cost, and enhance supply chain visibility. Additionally, the Director is responsible for driving supply chain agility through innovative sourcing approaches and digital tools, while embedding environmentally sustainable practices to support broader corporate sustainability objectives.
Sustainability & Compliance
Accountable for embedding sustainability principles across logistics, transportation, and facility management strategies to support the company’s broader climate and ESG commitments. This includes driving initiatives to reduce carbon emissions through fuel-efficient transportation modes, optimizing routing and load utilization, and partnering with carriers that prioritize environmental performance. In facility management, the role focuses on implementing energy-efficient practices, sustainable building operations, and responsible sourcing for services and materials, all aligned with climate resilience goals. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders is key to advancing environmental stewardship and achieving measurable progress on sustainability targets.

Your Background
- Education: Bachelor’s MBA or Master’s in SCM (or equivalent/relevant)
- Sourcing Certification: APICS CSCP, CPIM, SCPro, or CPSM
- Quality / QMS: Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001
- Sustainability: CSSCP, ESG-related certifications
