Title: Customer Experience Inside Sales Representative
Pay: $19.00-$20.00hr
Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm CST
Key Tasks
Respond to inbound inquiries and
follow up on leads related to wheelchair power products.
Provide detailed product
information, pricing, and specifications to customers and dealers.
Assist customers with quotes,
order placement, and warranty/service questions.
Maintain accurate records of
customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with outside sales
representatives and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product features,
industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer complaints and
resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Your Background
High school diploma or GED
required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in inside
sales, preferably in medical devices or mobility equipment.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
and CRM software.
Customer-focused mindset with a
commitment to service excellence.
