Our Production Innvation department in Lebanon, TN is now looking for a Agile Coach.
Key Tasks
Guide and mentor agile teams to enhance their performance and agile practices. Focus will be set on the agile development teams, product owners and the Product management team, but work could also be extended to coach other departments within Permobil
Key Duties
Be a member of the “New Way of Working” Method team to steer and drive the Lean/Agile initiative forward
Coaching
Coach agile teams to perform efficient Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, feature refinements and other agile events). Help to improve PI planning sessions and other events.
Coach teams on effective use of Agile tools and techniques. Managing a Kanban effectively in Jira, general Jira support and improvement realization
Guide and coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Technical product leads in agile principles and best practices
Monitor Team Progress And Provide Feedback For Improvement
Monitor team progress and provide feedback for improvement, focusing on continuous improvements and retrospectives in specific teams and supporting newly integrated teams with agile coaching, training, and support
Continued improvements and retrospectives in all teams within the Innovation nodes
Support the teams that are friends of the node to efficiently connect to the node in an agile manner, for example through Epics and features.
Provide training and workshops on Agile methodologies. Especially;
Self-organizing teams and servant leadership
Implementation of the Epics, Features & Stories (EFS) concept in Jira. Support the teams to get a good structure in Jira, help to write EFS according to our definition, etc.
Requirements breakdown in Jira
Support the concept of having regulatory documentation in Jira
Agile transformation
Lead and support the organization’s Agile transformation journey, including change management, process improvements, and scaling Agile practices.
Foster Agile mindset across the organization
Develop and Update Documentation and Guidelines: Support the development and update of written working routines, guidelines, training materials
Authority & Responsibilities
Assume full responsibility of coaching and mentoring teams, working together with Agile CoE to make decisions and best practices on ways forward in the agile implementation within Permobil

Your Background
Education: Master's degree or bachelor's Degree
Certifications within agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, PO, SM or similar)
Knowledge Required
Proven knowledge coaching agile teams and individuals
Proven knowledge in agile practices, change management and driving cultural changes in an organization
Experience Required
Proven experience agile development processes.
