Pay Range: $18.50 $1.50 shift differential
Schedule: 8:30pm - 5:00am Sunday-Thursday
Key Tasks
To prepare a quality product for incoming quality assurance by washing, chlorinating, and drying the product according to established procedures.
Essential Job Results
Maintains Effective Workflow Of Clorination, Washing, And Drying By
Performing daily checks of machine operation, chemical supply, leaks, and pH levels; weighing cushions for approximately 300 pounds to enter the washing machine and chlorinator; sorting conformals by size per work orders; delivering product to appropriate department.
Ensures Quality Production By
Preparing conformals and backs for washing and/or chlorination process; running machines according to work instructions; running conformals through dryer; entering necessary documentation on the chlorination log; loading conformals into dryer for drying purposes; inspecting conformals for defects; entering defects into the computer.
Maintains Safe And Clean Work Environment By
Operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices, and procedures; keep a clean and organized workspace.
