Our respected law firm client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 years of litigation experience to join its growing team in Nevada, with the opportunity to work out of Reno or Las Vegas. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney seeking sophisticated casework, professional growth, and a collaborative environment with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced attorneys representing clients in a broad range of litigation matters in Nevada state and federal courts. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
- Draft, respond to, and manage written discovery, including eDiscovery processes
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings
- Handle motion practice and oral advocacy in state and federal courts
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and support staff to develop litigation strategies
- Analyze case facts, review documents, and assist in case investigations
- Maintain compliance with Nevada and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Provide responsive client service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Qualifications
- Active Nevada Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Experience with written discovery and eDiscovery
- Strong knowledge of Nevada and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience with depositions, trial preparation, motion practice, and oral advocacy
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred

Salary Range: $175,000–$185,000 annually
