Litigation Associate – Plaintiff Personal Injury (Hybrid)
LHH has partnered with a well-established and growing plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing cases end-to-end, leading a small team, and working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40–50 plaintiff personal injury matters from filing through resolution
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, discovery, and case strategy
- Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Lead and mentor a support team (1 paralegal and 2 legal assistants)
- Conduct settlement negotiations and provide strategic case evaluations
Practice Areas:
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Premises liability (slip and fall, dog bites)
- Sexual harassment cases
Qualifications:
- Active Nevada Bar license required
- 2 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required
- Strong understanding of the full civil litigation lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage cases independently while leading support staff
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
Job Details:
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Hybrid – primarily onsite with 1–2 remote days/week after training)
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
