Position Description:
Our client is seeking a corporate attorney with 3-6 years of law firm experience to join Its Business Law team in its Phoenix and Milwaukee offices. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence in connection with such transactions. Excellent academic credentials are required, along with strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
