Installer / Laborer - 100% Travel

Tusco is looking for experienced Installers to join our growing field teams.

IMPORTANT: This is a 100% travel position. (You do not have to live or relocate to Alabama for this role)

Installers travel to project sites and should expect to be away from home for extended periods based on project schedules. This is not a local or home-daily position.

About the Role

Our Installers work alongside Foremen and Superintendents to build and install the perimeter security systems that protect people, critical infrastructure, government and military facilities, data centers, and other high-security environments across the country.

You'll be involved in hands-on construction activities including:

• Installing fencing, gates, barriers, perimeter security, and related components
• Operating hand and power tools
• Concrete work, digging, drilling, cutting, demolition, and material handling
• Construction layout, measurements, and site preparation
• Loading, unloading, and distributing materials
• Following project plans, specifications, and direction from your crew
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Traveling to customer and construction sites throughout the country

Previous construction, installation, or skilled labor experience is required. Experience with fencing, gates, concrete, general construction, equipment operation, or similar work is highly valued.

• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a crew
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time
• Flexibility to work in different locations and weather conditions

Pre-Employment Screening Is Required

Because our employees work on government, military, federal, and other secure facilities, successful completion of our pre-employment screening process is a requirement of employment.

Candidates must successfully complete required:

• Physical examination

• Motor Vehicle Report
