This role is designed for a closer who values integrity, innovation, humility, and collaboration. You will own a pipeline of high-intent leads, acting as a luxury lifestyle consultant to help our clients transform their outdoor spaces with premium, Norwegian-designed solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage a portfolio of assigned qualified leads, taking full responsibility for progressing them through every stage of the funnel from initial contact to a successful close.
- Consultative Solution Design: Provide expert product guidance tailored to specific customer use cases, explaining technical configurations and trade-offs to help clients realize their outdoor living dreams.
- Showroom Ownership: Develop, manage, and continually optimize our Montclair showroom to maximize sales opportunities.
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Prioritize deals based on intent and value, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and data accuracy to ensure no opportunity stagnates.
- Revenue & AOV Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities for relevant upsells and bundles, positioning premium accessories to increase deal value without compromising customer trust.
- Brand Representation: Handle complex objections independently using value-based reasoning and represent PERGOLUX at relevant exhibitions or trade shows to convert in-person interactions into revenue.
- Sales Expertise: 3–6 years of experience in a professional sales role, ideally within premium consumer goods or a design-driven industry, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Consultative Mastery: Strong ability to diagnose underlying customer concerns and reframe value, guiding stakeholders toward timely decisions without relying on discount-heavy tactics.
- Operational Discipline: High level of digital fluency and CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring all deal records reflect real buying intent and accurate forecasting.
- Exceptional Communication: Level 3 active listening skills, allowing you to handle sensitive negotiations and complex resistance with a professional, solution-oriented presence.
