Key Responsibilities
- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Prioritize and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality leads, ensuring meticulous follow-up and zero missed opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Engage customers with tailored recommendations, focusing on the long-term value and ROI of investing in premium PERGOLUX products.
- Upsell & Bundle Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by bundling smart home integrations, lighting, or maintenance packages.
- Strategy & Feedback Loop: Share insights with Marketing regarding lead quality and customer pain points to improve our targeting and messaging.
- Expert Objection Handling: Develop and execute persuasive strategies for common objections, including pricing, installation timelines, and technical specs.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of competitors and effectively communicate our unique value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Exhibitions: Attend and plan relevant exhibitions and events to showcase our products and increase brand exposure.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Conversion Rate: Achieve and maintain a 30% conversion rate on leads.
- Attach Rate: Increase the attachment rate of cross-sells (e.g., accessories) by 15% within the first year.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales role dealing with high-ticket or luxury items (e.g., home improvement, automotive, real estate).
- Consultative Skills: Advanced sales techniques with a focus on premium products rather than high-pressure tactics.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data to self-correct and improve your own performance.
- Collaboration: A team-player attitude, coordinating with Operations and Customer Service to ensure a seamless post-sale installation experience.
