What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily outbound flows, including printing pick slips, finalizing WMS logic, and assigning pick teams.
- Oversee palletizing, strapping, outbound QC, and conduct final truck-loading quality checks.
- Print and apply shipping labels, schedule 3PL pickups, and ensure secure, on-time shipments.
- Enter tracking information in Shopify, manage automated shipping communications, and monitor fulfillment accuracy.
- Conduct QC on returns, process rebox/repair items, restock inventory, and support improvements to the returns workflow.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including WMS proficiency, spreadsheets, and professional communication tools.
- Experience with warehouse workflows, quality control, and hands-on operational processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently while closely supporting the Warehouse Manager.
