What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing everything from creator briefing and contract negotiation to final performance reporting.
- Recruit, vet, and manage a diverse portfolio of creators across nano, micro, and macro tiers while ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and budgets.
- Partner closely with Creative and Performance teams to optimize influencer content for both organic reach and paid amplification workflows, such as whitelisting and TikTok Spark Ads.
- Track, analyze, and translate campaign performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS) into actionable recommendations that consistently improve marketing efficiency.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies to cultivate a loyal network of brand ambassadors.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, specifically within an e-commerce, DTC, or consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience with paid social amplification workflows, including whitelisting, creator licensing, or Spark Ads.
- High proficiency with modern influencer management platforms such as Grin, Aspire, Later, or creator.co.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of how influencer marketing strategically drives conversion throughout the marketing funnel.
