What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers, building strong relationships.
- Listen to their needs and guide them toward the perfect RV.
- Provide knowledgeable walk-throughs of features, benefits, and options.
- Assist with financing and paperwork to ensure a smooth buying process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
- Some sales experience (RV, auto, or similar industry preferred — but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to learn product features quickly and explain them clearly.
- Valid driver’s license.
