What You’ll Do
- Assist technicians and service advisors by identifying and ordering the correct parts.
- Research and verify part numbers, compatibility, and pricing.
- Manage inventory — shipping, receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
- Help walk-in customers at the retail counter and provide recommendations.
- Upsell accessories and add-ons to enhance customer experience.
- Safely operate forklift for parts handling and inventory management.
- Assist with propane tank refills and safety checks.
- Stay up to date on new products and RV market trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an RV dealership, automotive, or similar parts department preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read parts catalogs.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Positive, team-oriented, customer-first attitude.
