Inside Sales Consultant (31781)

The Inside Sales Consultant supports the Regional Compliance Consultant team. This position requires consistent contact with clients, maintains awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations and utilizes time efficiently. Position works independently as well as with others to demonstrate and achieve superior customer service, market knowledge and strives to meet customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Support assigned Regional Compliance Consultants
• Maintain key customer relationships.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company consistently following up for records and other information needed to move the file forward.
• Assist in resolving client concerns related to service and report quality issues in a timely manner.
• Provide weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed.
• Attend all sales and marketing meetings as directed; travel as necessary.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, and disability preferred but not required.
• Must hold a valid state Driver’s License.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to managements’ directions accurately.
• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment.
• Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
