At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a high-performing Property Manager to lead operations at a 200 unit Class A luxury high-rise in Uptown Dallas.
This role is ideal for an experienced operator who thrives in downtown, service-forward environments and wants true ownership of an asset. You’ll have full P&L responsibility, direct exposure to ownership reporting, and the opportunity to lead a multi-year, unit-by-unit renovation rollout already underway. The site is mature and fully staffed, and the next leader will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and energized by operational complexity.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a 200 unit Class A luxury high-rise community
- Own the full financial lifecycle including budgets, NOI, monthly financials, and variance reporting
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop the onsite team across leasing, maintenance, and concierge operations
- Partner with stakeholders to execute a unit-by-unit renovation plan through 2027 while protecting resident experience and performance
- Maintain strong resident relations and service standards in a high-expectation, urban environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of multifamily property management experience, ideally in Class A and/or high-rise product
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of property financials including budgeting, NOI, and variance reporting
- Experience with lease-up and/or large-scale renovation execution (unit turns at volume)
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, onsite operating style
- Ability to communicate performance and financial results directly to ownership or investors
