We're currently seeking a Community Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at a brand-new, Class A student housing community near Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
This is a high-impact, Year 1 opportunity for a leasing leader who wants to own occupancy, traffic-to-lease conversion, and leasing performance from day one. You’ll lead a small on-site team and help set the pace for the community’s first full lease-up cycle, with supportive leadership, a strong brand presence, and a schedule built for consistency.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day leasing performance for a 500 bed student housing community
- Manage and coach a leasing team, including full-time leasing staff and part-time community concierge support
- Own leasing KPIs including traffic, conversion, occupancy, and revenue performance
- Support outreach efforts and local partnerships to drive qualified traffic and leasing velocity
- Coordinate leasing coverage and schedules, including occasional weekend support for events or staffing gaps
Qualifications
- 2 years of leasing and property management experience (student housing or conventional multifamily)
- Demonstrated ability to influence or lead leasing performance, coaching, and accountability
- Comfort working in a fast-paced lease-up environment and adapting to student housing seasonality
- Strong sales mindset with a track record of hitting leasing, occupancy, or conversion goals
