We’re currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to help lead operations at a 600 unit mixed-income community in Chicago, IL.This is a prime opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader with at least two years of supervisory experience who thrives in a complex, high-occupancy environment. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, team leadership and training, and partner with a second Maintenance Supervisor across two distinct phases that range from historic buildings to recently built assets.
