Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Call Center Representative to join our Cincinnati-based support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, helping to resolve inquiries, provide information, and represent our clients with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner
- Address inquiries regarding services, appointments, or general information
- Troubleshoot issues or concerns and escalate calls when necessary to the appropriate team
- Accurately document customer interactions, notes, and resolutions in the system
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client programs, products, and services
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and response rates
Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly phone presence
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing and data entry skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
- Dependability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
