Key Responsibilities:

- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
