Key Responsibilities
- Interact daily with customers via phone and email
- Take ownership of assigned territory and provide proactive customer support
- Manage territory accounts, including order entry, credits, and rebills
- Monitor open order reports and proactively resolve delays in the order-to-cash process
- Partner closely with Technical Support, Area Sales Managers, and Account Managers as part of the sales cockpit team
- Attend customer calls and key account meetings focused on improving performance metrics
- Research and resolve customer discrepancies
- Upsell and cross-sell products to expand business opportunities
- Record new sales opportunities in Siebel (CRM)
- Participate in weekly shop floor meetings, product training, and sales improvement sessions
- Maintain accurate records and professional communication
- Cross-train team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
- Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
