Certification Assistant
Pepperl Fuchs is looking for a detail-oriented Certification Assistant to support our certification engineering team in ensuring products meet key standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll provide both administrative and operational support, to maintain accurate records and ensure ongoing compliance.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide administrative and operational support to the certification engineering team
✅ Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and detailed records
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
✅ Review, edit, and format documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
✅ Coordinate certification information between engineering and external agencies
✅ Research, compile, and submit required documentation and reports
✅ Extract and analyze data from technical documents and reports
✅ Maintain organized account files, contacts, and correspondence
✅ Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
✅ Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
