This role ensures safety, quality, and compliance while leading by example and mentoring technicians.Details:Lead and mentor HVAC technicians; assign and monitor work.Perform complex HVAC installations, diagnostics, and repairs.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; field team inquiries.Ensure compliance with codes, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors.Participate in final start-up and commissioning of systems.Provide on-call support as needed.Responsibilities:Oversee HVAC service projects from start-up to completion.Implement company SOPs and ensure code-compliant work.Support team troubleshooting and technical inquiries.Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold quality standards.Perks:401(k) retirement plan.Health, dental, vision insurance. 7 PTO days and 8 paid holidays.Service vehicle with gas card.
