Crib Associate / Cycle Counter
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a respected client in Greenville for a temporary Crib Associate / Cycle Counter position.
Crib Associate / Cycle Counter Job Summary:
Support daily Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) functions for operations and customers.
Perform MRO item cycle counts and resolve system inventory variances.
Set up and label physical parts locations and receive incoming UPS shipments.
Communicate part shortages and inventory variances to the MRO Supervisor.
Pay: $21 per hour.
Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:
Follow PPE and plant safety procedures and help ensure team compliance.
Report incidents and accidents to the MRO Supervisor or management and document them in AIC on the day they occur.
Coordinate with the MRO Supervisor regarding part shortages and inventory variances.
Maintain 6S standards and coordinate 6S responsibilities.
Perform normal daily MRO functions to support operations and customers.
Perform MRO item cycle counts and resolve systematic variances.
Set up and label physical part locations.
Open, receive, and put away inbound UPS shipments.
Perform other duties assigned by the MRO Supervisor.
Crib Associate / Cycle Counter Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Willingness and ability to work overtime as requested.
Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team to resolve issues.
Other Requirements:
Ability to perform physical activities involving sitting, climbing, lifting, stooping, bending, standing, and handling materials.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
May serve as a proxy for the supervisor when required during their absence.
Availability for weekday and/or weekend overtime as necessary.
