Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and customer service. This position plays a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and move-in ready for residents.
Maintenance Technician Hours & Pay
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
$19 / hr
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Execute service calls requiring an intermediate level of maintenance skill.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical documents, and work orders to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions.
• Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner, documenting progress and completion status.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, tools, and equipment.

• HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heaters.
• Kitchen appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Plumbing systems, including toilets, sinks, drains, pipes, valves, and fixtures.
• Electrical systems, including outlets, switches, fixtures, wiring, and breakers.
• Utility services, including gas, sewer, and water lines.
• Construction and building components such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, drywall, windows, doors, roofing, gutters, soffit, and fascia.
• Outdoor property features including sidewalks, driveways, porches, asphalt repairs, striping, and concrete work.
• Facility remodeling projects and additions to existing structures.
• Other maintenance and repair projects as assigned.

• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and basic construction.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move tools, equipment, and materials as required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
