General Labor - Packing Team Member

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Packing Team Member position. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, take pride in producing quality work, and value teamwork and safety. 

As a Packing Team Member, you will be responsible for packaging products according to quality standards, ensuring accurate labeling, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting production goals. Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are essential for success in this role. 

Hours: 6:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday 
Overtime: Up to 2 hours a day Fridays as needed
Pay: $17.00/hr

• Pack products into cartons and packaging containers according to production requirements.
• Ensure products are properly organized and labeled for shipment. 
• Utilize production tools and equipment safely and efficiently. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
• Follow all company safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. 
• Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors. 
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. 
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Basic math and scale-reading skills preferred. 
• Previous manufacturing, production, or poultry experience is a plus. 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. 

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. 
• Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 80 lbs. with assistance. 
• Work around noise, machinery, dust, and varying temperatures. 
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
