Construction Manager

Overview: The Construction Manager oversees the daily operations of our multi-family residential construction projects, both new builds and renovations. This role involves managing projects from the ground up and/ or rehabs, working closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Assist in the selection of contractors and vendors and participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Help draft and review contract documents, including adjustments to design and scope.
• Track project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, addressing issues and resolving conflicts as they arise.
• Attend site meetings, create progress reports, and monitor project changes.
• Supervise construction team members, providing guidance and support.
• Represent the company at local meetings as needed and assist in preparing proposal responses.
• Suggest improvements to current construction practices and procedures.
