Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. This role oversees day-to-day construction activities, including coordinating subcontractors, managing site crews, and ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. The Construction Manager monitors project schedules and budgets, tracks progress, and reports on milestones to stakeholders. Responsibilities include enforcing construction safety policies, conducting regular site inspections, resolving field issues, and maintaining compliance with local codes and regulations.
