Job Description:
· Support and promote a strong safety culture by adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
· Execute daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are stored, handled, and maintained in accordance with established warehouse procedures.
· Receive, inspect, identify, and accurately process incoming materials, ensuring all goods receipts and inventory transactions are recorded correctly in the ERP system.
· Perform inventory movements, stock transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and alignment between system records and physical stock.
· Prepare, stage, and issue materials, tools, and equipment to support operational
· requirements, ensuring items are available when needed and delivered to the correct locations.
· Coordinate logistics activities between the warehouse and operational locations, including Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), and other deployment points.
· Support the mobilization, demobilization, and sorting of tools, parts, and equipment during operational rotations to ensure efficient load-outs and returns.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, deliveries, and material movements while ensuring compliance with established documentation requirements.
· Assist in monitoring warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs,
· identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
· Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to track deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and ensure compliance with site access and delivery requirements.
· Support warehouse layout, housekeeping, and storage optimization initiatives to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe working environment.
· Assist with warehouse transition projects, inventory relocations, and facility improvement initiatives as required.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
