About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to step into a Regional Director of Operations role supporting multiple healthcare sites.
If you enjoy leading teams, improving operations, and making a real impact behind the scenes in healthcare, this could be a great fit. You’ll oversee key support services like Sterile Processing (SPD), Transportation, and Facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting site-level leaders (Directors, Managers, Coordinators)
- Making sure operations are running efficiently across multiple locations
- Helping teams stay compliant with healthcare regulations (AAMI, CDC, CMS, etc.)
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing smarter processes
- Monitoring performance and solving operational challenges before they escalate
- Partnering with clinical teams and leadership to align on goals and expectations
- Coaching and developing future leaders within the organization
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of operations experience (healthcare preferred)
- 5 years leading teams across multiple sites
- Experience with departments like SPD, logistics, transportation, or facilities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Someone who can balance strategy day-to-day execution
⭐ Bonus: CRCST certification or Sterile Processing background
