Job Description -
· Working Model: Fully on-site
· Working hours: 8am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.
· Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use.
· Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices.
· Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
· Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking.
· Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors.
· Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.
Must Haves:
· Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience
· 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations
· Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation
· Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or project management systems preferred
Plusses:
· Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Wind industry
· Experience with Smartsheet
