People Integra LLC is hiring Entry-Level, Level II, and Level III Thin Film Coating Engineers/Material & Process Engineers to join an innovative engineering team developing advanced thin-film coating technologies for cutting-edge applications.

📍 Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)

📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract | Possible Contract-to-Hire & Extension

🕒 Schedule: 4/10 Work Week (Mon-Thu, 10hrs/day)

🔒 Security Clearance: Ability to Obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

We're Hiring at Three Experience Levels:

🔹 Entry Level (0-1 Years)

Ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers with a degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.

🔹 Level II (1-2 Years)

Experience with:

• Thin Film Coatings
• Thin Film Materials
• Sputtered Thin Film Deposition
• Manufacturing or Process Development
• Roll-to-Roll Deposition (Preferred)

🔹 Level III (5 Years)

Extensive experience with:

• Thin Film Coating Design
• Sputtered Thin Film Deposition
• Roll-to-Roll Manufacturing
• Optical Coating Development
• Process Qualification
• Manufacturing Support
• Technical Leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced thin film coating solutions
• Support prototype, production, and manufacturing activities
• Optimize coating performance and manufacturing processes
• Analyze metrology data and implement process improvements
• Troubleshoot coating and manufacturing challenges
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management teams.
• Support equipment qualification and process validation
• Maintain engineering documentation
• Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews
