About the Role:
This role focuses on onboarding enablement, learning operations, and program coordination to help new engineers ramp up quickly while ensuring learning programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate onboarding readiness for new Gas Power Engineering hires
- Manage end-to-end logistics for training programs, seminars, and learning events
- Support onboarding sessions, including professional skills and early-career training
- Facilitate sessions on company culture, values, and business practices
- Enable mentorship programs and internal networking for new engineers
- Provide resources and best practices to improve early productivity
- Standardize processes to reduce administrative burden on stakeholders
Key Deliverables:
- Seamless onboarding experience for new hires, interns, and early-career participants
- Strong Day 1 readiness (systems access, communication, onboarding support)
- Smooth execution of training programs and development events
- Effective coordination of foundational learning programs
- Improved onboarding efficiency, learner experience, and engagement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, HR, Psychology, Management, Learning/Instructional Design, Operations, or related field
- Experience in onboarding, training operations, or learning program coordination
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and operational details
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to standardize processes and drive execution
Tools & Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with collaboration tools like Teams, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
