What’s the Job?
- Coordinate onboarding readiness for new Gas Power Engineering hires in Schenectady and virtually support other sites
- Manage end-to-end logistics for engineering learning events, seminars, and training programs
- Deliver standardized onboarding and professional skills training sessions
- Facilitate onboarding sessions focused on GE Vernova values, culture, and business etiquette
- Support mentorship, networking, and productivity enablement for early-career engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, HR, Psychology, Operations, Project Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in onboarding, training operations, or program coordination
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and logistics
- Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and shared file systems
