We are hiring experienced Inpatient Coders with strong Trauma coding experience for a remote
Requirements:
• 4 years inpatient hospital coding experience
• Level 1 Trauma coding experience required
• ICD-10-CM/PCS expertise
• CCS / RHIT / RHIA / CIC certification required
• Must have own equipment
Job Duties:
• Code and abstract complex inpatient trauma cases
• Review medical documentation for accurate ICD-10 coding
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
• Maintain high productivity and coding accuracy
• Collaborate with CDI teams, auditors, and clinical staff
• Handle coding for trauma, rehab, neurology, and critical care cases
