Job Description
V. QUALIFICATIONS :
- PURPOSE OF JOB : To perform radiographic mammograms, breast localizations and stereotactic procedures, as required by the Mammography technologist position.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Maintain clinical competency in the Mammography technologist position requirements.
- Provide patient care for all of our patients/customers by performing procedures prescribed by a physician.
- Compile and maintain patient records and department schedules.
- Knowledge of the PAC's system, review workstations and computer systems.
V. QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
- Experience: Prior experience and training in use of dedicated mammography unit.
- Other Skills: Good Communication and customer service skills.
