Penmac Staffing is hiring a Thermoforming Router Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Brainerd/Baxter area. This full-time, overnight position is a great opportunity for experienced manufacturing operators who enjoy hands-on machine operation, quality-focused work, and steady hours.
Pay: $18 per hour based on experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential
Shift: 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Location: On-siteThermoforming Router Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate cut-sheet thermoforming and router equipment safely and efficiently
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and finishing
- Set machine parameters and install molds according to production instructions
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production and scrap documentation
- Monitor scrap levels and report issues as needed
- Perform minor machine and process troubleshooting during production runs
- Multitask and assist with additional production duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred; 3 years is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Forklift operation experience required (training available)
- Ability to read and understand job instructions and production paperwork
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations
- Physical requirements include standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing steps or ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to submit to required screenings
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 8-hour overnight shifts
- Sunday through Thursday
