Thermoforming Router Operator – 2nd ShiftPenmac Staffing is hiring a Thermoforming Router Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Brainerd/Baxter area. This full-time, 2nd shift opportunity is ideal for experienced manufacturing operators who enjoy hands-on machine operation, quality-focused work, and a consistent weekday schedule. Pay: $18 per hour based on experience, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential

Work Location: On-siteThermoforming Router Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate cut-sheet thermoforming and router equipment safely and efficiently
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products
- Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and finishing
- Set machine parameters and install molds according to production instructions
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production records and scrap documentation
- Monitor scrap levels and communicate quality or machine issues
- Perform minor machine and process troubleshooting as needed
- Multitask and assist with additional production duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred; 3 years is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Forklift experience required (training available)
- Ability to read and understand job instructions and production paperwork
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations
- Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, bend, kneel, reach, climb steps or ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be willing to submit to required screenings
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday, 2nd shift
