What are the responsibilities and job description for the Picker/Packer position at Penmac Staffing?
Penmac is now recruiting a picker/packer for a Christian t-shirt manufacturing company.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
*
Follow standard operation procedures when picking or packing orders
*
Follow precise steps to pick/pack regular orders, web orders, and compliance orders accurately
*
Ensure consistency and accuracy of order processing
*
Work with other PA associates in a OTOM matter
*
Pick and pack to a predetermined quality accuracy level and production speed level
*
Work with replenishment team and RMA team to fulfill orders as necessary
*
Accurately pick/pack orders using a pick sheet
*
Pick/pack according to customer compliance
Requirements
*
Able to write legibly
*
Energetic, detail oriented and show initiative
*
Able to meet the physical requirements of standing, lifting, twisting while holding up to 50 pounds continuously
Once eligible after hire, benefits are available, including health insurance and retirement.
