PeerSource is currently recruiting for a UI & Mobile Developer on a Contract-to-Hire basis. This role is based out of Loveland, CO. Full benefits are offered during the 2 year contract period prior to converting full-time. No third parties.
Summary
We are seeking a UI Developer to join an agile software engineering team supporting highly integrated applications in a technically complex environment. This role will focus on implementing modern, responsive user interfaces and connected application experiences while collaborating closely with UX, backend, and product teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong React expertise and experience supporting native mobile application development.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive user interface components and application workflows using React and modern front-end development practices.
- Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineering teams to translate workflows and wireframes into scalable software solutions.
- Integrate front-end components with APIs, backend services, and distributed application environments.
- Support mobile-focused development initiatives and contribute to cross-platform user experiences.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development activities.
- Contribute to performance optimization, maintainability, and usability improvements across applications.
- Support integration efforts across highly connected software systems and workflows.
Required Skills
- 5 years of software development experience, including strong front-end or UI-focused engineering experience.
- Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript-based application development.
- Experience with React Native, Flutter, Dart, or other native mobile technologies required.
- Familiarity integrating front-end applications with APIs, backend systems, and distributed services.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
