Requirements:
What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of the automotive finance and insurance (F&I) process
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products to customers
- Structure deals and secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (including California compliance)
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and OEM partners
- Deliver a transparent, customer-first experience that builds trust and retention
- Achieve and exceed monthly production and performance goals
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, lender guidelines, and deal structuring
- Proven track record of high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and product penetration
- Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment
- Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience preferred
