Moreno Valley Hyundai is seeking a results-driven Automotive Finance Director to lead and optimize our Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations, with a strong emphasis on Contracts-in-Transit (CIT) management, funding efficiency, and compliance.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring deals are structured, funded, and finalized efficiently—while also stepping in to desk and deliver deals when needed.

Requirements:Core Responsibilities
CIT & Funding Management (Primary Focus)
- Oversee and manage all Contracts in Transit (CIT) to ensure timely funding
- Track, audit, and resolve funding delays, missing stips, and contract issues
- Work directly with lenders to expedite funding and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a clean CIT schedule with aggressive turnaround and aging targets
- Partner with accounting to ensure deal accuracy and reconciliation
F&I Leadership & Deal Support
- Support and coach Finance Managers to improve product penetration and compliance
- Step in to structure, present, and close deals when coverage is needed
- Ensure all deals meet lender, legal, and dealership compliance standards
- Monitor performance metrics including PVR, product mix, and funding timelines
Compliance & Process Optimization
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and California regulatory requirements
- Implement and maintain best practices for deal structure and documentation
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across F&I operations
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or Finance Director
- Strong expertise in CIT management, funding processes, and lender relationships
- Proven ability to maintain clean CIT and fast funding turnaround
- Deep understanding of automotive compliance and deal structuring
- Track record of high performance in F&I production and leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience preferred
