This is an opportunity to own and scale paid media across multiple rooftops with real budget responsibility and executive visibility.
We are seeking a Paid Media & Performance Manager to take full ownership of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) across all dealership locations. This is not an agency role—this is a hands-on, in-house position where your decisions directly impact lead volume, showroom traffic, and vehicle sales. You will act as the data-driven marketing partner to General Managers, providing clear insights, strategic direction, and performance accountability.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across 8 dealerships and multiple OEM brands
- Monitor performance daily using internal dashboards (leads, CPL, ROAS, conversions)
- Execute weekly optimizations: bidding strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, keyword refinement, negative keywords
- Build and present monthly performance reports to General Managers with clear, actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and reduce wasted spend
- Evaluate and manage third-party vendors (Cars.com, AutoTrader, CarGurus) using performance data
- Recommend budget allocation and quarterly marketing strategy to executive leadership
- Stay current on Google Ads and Meta platform updates, automation, and AI-driven campaign strategies
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- 2 years managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions
- Proven experience managing multi-location or multi-account paid media budgets
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into clear business recommendations
- Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)
Preferred / Bonus Experience
- Automotive dealership or OEM marketing experience (incentives, co-op, inventory-based campaigns)
- Experience with Google Vehicle Listing Ads (VLA) and Facebook Automotive Inventory Ads
- CRM and lead attribution tools (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.)
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
