Seeking an experienced HR professional to support staffing, employee relations, and compliance in a fast-paced long-term care environment. This role ensures our team is well-supported so we can deliver exceptional resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard clinical and non-clinical staff
- Maintain employee files, credentialing, and required healthcare compliance
- Support supervisors with coaching, corrective action, and employee relations
- Coordinate new-hire orientation and required annual trainings
- Manage payroll support, benefits administration, and leaves (FMLA, workers’ comp, etc.)
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS accuracy
- Assist with survey readiness and regulatory audits
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- 2 years HR experience; healthcare or long-term care strongly preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and LTC regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
