What You’ll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Direct and coordinate all internal and external activities, creating an environment where our mission and values are lived every day.
• Ensure Excellence: Uphold compliance with all organizational policies and regulatory standards at the national, state, and local levels.
• Be Our Ambassador: Champion our organization in the community, building strong relationships and promoting our mission and values through effective public relations.
• Build Partnerships: Develop and manage collaborative agreements with other healthcare facilities and providers to enhance our services and resident outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year with 10% profit share available after provisional period

Experience:

• Nursing Home administration: 2 years (Preferred)
