What You’ll Do:
- Be responsible for treating patients.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of therapy professionals
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence
- Oversee daily rehab operations including staffing, scheduling, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care plans
- Support program development, quality initiatives, and community engagement
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff
- Active PTA, COTA, SLP, PT, or OT license in good standing
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
- Solid clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building abilities
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred; knowledge of reimbursement systems a plus
- In-house therapy program with a collaborative, team-first environment
