We are seeking an IT Specialist who is looking to enhance and maintain our technology infrastructure. This position has great upside as we continue growing. Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware, software, and networks to ensure efficient operations across all offices
- Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for staff members, including troubleshooting desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
- Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive client and firm information, including managing firewalls, antivirus software, and network security protocols
- Manage and maintain cloud-based systems and data storage solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access to important files and applications for remote and in-office employees
- Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts, email, and workstations
- Work closely with our team to streamline technology processes that enhance our client service delivery, including integrating client management and financial planning software
- Assist in the integration of new software systems and tools as the firm continues to grow, ensuring they align with the company’s needs and goals
- Build out automations and workflows using software systems such as Zapier or Make
- Own management of CRM and other web presences.
- Manage the company's Office 365 Suite of programs (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
