This role is essential to maintaining structure behind the scenes, supporting both client-facing and internal functions, and ensuring accountability across delegated tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for serving clients with a white-glove service.

Main Responsibilities:
- Get things done while maintaining our standards of excellence
- Own delegated tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team accountability
- Maintain efficiency across all daily business functions
- Track advisor performance metrics and business data to support firm growth and decision-making
- Coordinate prospect and client scheduling
- Serve as a behind-the-scenes anchor to ensure everyone on the team can operate at their best

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
